Textbooks:   Modern Electrodynamics, by Andrew Zangwill, Cambridge University Press. We will cover Chs. 12-13. 

  Classical Electrodynamics, by John David Jackson, John Wiley & Sons. We will cover essential parts of Chs. 7-12.

Homework and Exams: About one homework per 1.5 weeks, midterm and final. The grade is determined according to the following formula: total score = 0.1(midterm) + 0.4(final) +0.5(homework).
