• We expect most speakers will want to display either keynote, powerpoint, or pdf on their own laptop. We have a projector in the meeting room, with standard video connector. If you have a Mac, please bring any necessary connectors. For any laptop, pease bring the knowledge of how to make your laptop drive a projector.
• Please have your talk in at least two places, including laptop, memory stick, posted to the web, or emailed to us.
• We will have a backup Linux laptop available, with Openoffice, acroread, and keyjnote, along with memory sticks and web access. We will also have water, laser pointers, and remotes available.
• We do not plan to use a transparency projector, although this can be arranged if needed.
• We would like to post talks to the web site, linked from the agenda pages. We request you send us your talk in advance, so we can link to it from the agenda page as a backup.
• Blackboards are available in the meeting room and in the lounge outside.

During the Meeting

We are expecting to have an intensive two day workshop, starting from 8:30 each day. The meeting will be held in room 385E of Serin Physics Lab, on the 3rd floor of the building, at the east end near the Physics Lecture Hall and the Hill Center bus stop. This is the end closest to parking lot 53A. On Sunday, the doors to Serin are closed, so we will be opening the door at the east end of Serin for you. On Monday, the doors should be open starting about 8 AM.

To maximize time available, we will provide at the meeting breakfast each day starting at 8 AM (coffee, tea, juice, bagels, muffins and croissant), midmorning break, lunch (pizza Sunday, sandwiches Monday), and afternoon snack. All will be in the common area adjacent to the meeting room. We will also have a Workshop dinner Sunday night (Greek restaurant).

Access to Serin Physics Lab is restricted except during normal weekday working hours. To enter Serin in the mornings, please come to the east end of Serin Physics, next to the lecture hall. We will have someone there to allow you into the building. There is a map on the Transport/Hotel Information page.

Wireless access will be available at the meeting through the ``Physics-LAWN'' network. Connect to the network. Bring up your web browser and try to access a web page. You should be redirected to a login page. Enter the username and password that will be provided at the meeting.
