Research Activities

Most of my research is in the field of materials science; in particular I try to understand formation mechanisms for ultrathin films of non-conventional materials for use in novel microelectronic devices. Central in my work is the use of energetic ions to determine the depth distribution of species with atomic layer precision. You can find more detail about our work at the group home page:
