Neutron drip line studies with MoNA-LISA
Faculty, postdocs, graduate students, and undergraduate students from twelve academic institutions work in the MoNA Collaboration. We use the Modular Neutron Array-Large-multi-Institutional Scintillator Array (MoNA-LISA), a large-area high efficiency neutron detector housed at the National Superconducting Cyclotron Laboratory (NSCL), to study the nuclear structure of isotopes from He to Ne at and beyond the neutron drip line. I will overview our experimental setup and methods, highlight recent experiments and new results, and describe our transition to the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRIB).
