71. Here we have three
equations (one for each component of momentum, and one kinetic
energy equation) and 9 quantities (6 speeds, three angles and 3
masses) of which we are given all but two. and we are solving for
two quantities -- initial speed and final speed of the alpha
particle. Use the two momentum equations to solve, and check that
the results are consistent in the kinetic energy equation.
