First exam results
Your total points (out of 100) and the answer report for the
18 multiple choice questions can be found at
https://gbook.physics.rutgers.edu/gbook/student.pl?140&semester=spring2008
Log in with your Net ID.
Your total points are the SUM of your written answers score (2 questions,
worth 5 points each, partial credit given) and your multiple choice answers
score (18 questions, 5 points each, no partial credit).
Full information about your answers to the multiple choice questions is
given in the answer report.
A sample is shown here

Disregard the percentage given on the last line (66.7% in the sample). This is the percentage correct
for the multiple choice part ONLY (in the sample, the student had 12 out of the 18 questions correct).
The MC score is thus 12 x 5 = 60 points out of 90 possible (thus MC Score: 60/90). The student gets
60 points from the multiple choice part.  The total score is this number plus the points from the written
part. (for example, if the student had a total score of 68, the score on the written part was 8, out
of 10 possible).
The class average was 71%.
These scores WILL be curved in computing the final course letter grades.
