The Supplemental Materials consist of two Sagemath notebooks (as .ipynb
files) along with printouts (as .pdf and as .html files).

The Supplemental Materials are available at 

    (1) arXiv.org as ancillary files associated with the paper
    (2) cocalc.com/dfriedan/DM/SM
    (3) physics.rutgers.edu/~friedan

The SageMath notebooks can be run at cocalc.com or by installing SageMath
from www.sagemath.org.  SageMath is a free open-source mathematics software
system.

Using cocalc.com does not require an account.  Paying for an account
supports SageMath.  See

Open-source mathematics software such as SageMath is essential for
scientific research.  Scientific results must be open to scrutiny.
