Analytical Physics IIA: Electricity

will be available May 7 and 8 from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm in the Busch Learning
Center in SERC 106. You are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity. Final exam: Friday, May
10, 2019 4:00 to 7:00 PM in Physics Lecture Hall. The final exam will have 30 multiple-choice questions, ≈17
from Chapters 29-32, ≈13 cumulative Chapters 21-28.
All exams are closed book, No calculators or other electronic devices
allowed. For the final exam, you may bring with you a three "formula
sheets", on 8.5 x 11 inch sheets of paper (OK to use both sides) on
which you may hand write any formulae or diagrams or notes or problem
solutions that might be helpful to you during the exam. Information on the
sheets must be handwritten, no attachments are allowed. The numerical values
of relevant constants will be provided to you. You should bring #2 pencils to
the exams for the computer forms; NO cell phones, No smart watches, no
tablets, etc. Bathroom breaks are permitted one at a time,
and none the last 20 minutes of the exam. It is too late to request a conflict exam; makeup exams
will require a documented excuse. Types of questions: Similar to I-clickers, problems with simple
numbers for answers, problems with formulae for answers. Suggestions for studying: Homework, I clickers, examples in textbook,
collaborative and pre-REC assignments and Old
exams. Best of success with your studies, the exam and your future
endeavors. Results from the final exam and final grades will be
available by Wednesday, May 15. Thank you for your patience with this
