This is a cookbook I wrote a while ago to help people who have to cook for themselves for the first time. It is not so much a collection of recipes as a guidebook. I start out with how to shop, what to buy, how much to pay, and then lay out a handful of fairly simple things to make for dinner.
This was originally written in book form, using LaTeX, and was translated into HTML with the TeX2html program. The HTML translation is ok for browsing, but the postscript version is better, especially for printing, asuming you have the technology to handle it. For completenes, here's the LaTeX version.
