cosmo download

Cosmo is made available to CMS users via the downloads web page. This program will be of no use to anyone without an mFEC and very specific hardware.

Installation details are in the .tar files in the download directory..

Besides cosmo, the firmware that is loaded into each mFEC from the VME FEC board should be downloaded from the following directory.
