Welcome!

You've reached the webpage of Chelsea Sharon, a fifth year graduate student in astronomy at Rutgers University. My thesis work is on characterizing the molecular gas in high redshift star-forming galaxies, and the bulk of my observations have been made with the (recently re-named) Jansky Very Large Array. I plan on defending my thesis in April 2013, so I'll be looking for postdoc positions this fall. If you'd like to know more about me and my work, feel free to take a look around!

Please note that the graphics on this website are likely incompatible with many versions of Internet Explorer, sorry.

Just in time for the summer conference season, I've completely updated the entire website (I see you back there googling the speakers). The "research" section needs to be fleshed out a bit, but other than that, I think the website is done. If you catch a mistake or something appears to be broken, please let me know!
