Schedule

As March 22 and until further notice:

  • Lectures will be presented on-line every Monday and Wednesday with required I clicker quizzes to be completed within 42 hours.
  • Homework via Mastering Physics will be due every Thursday before 11:59 pm.
  • No in person Friday recitations will be held. Recitations will be hosted as a Conference on Canvas.  All students will be required to complete and submit collaborative problem assignments no later than every Sunday at 11:59 pm.
  • No recitation quizzes will be hosted.
  • The second midterm exam has been cancelled.
  • The final exam will offered online.

In the first column "L" = Lecture, "R" = Recitation, "E" = Exam, "N" = No class, "Rev"= Review, and "TBA" = "To Be Announced."

 

 

 

 

LECTURES: Please complete the assigned reading before each lecture


RECITATIONS: In the recitations hosted as a Canvas Conference, problems will be solved collaboratively. The chapters to be covered are given in each recitation box. Pre-recitation worksheets must be submitted before the recitation begins.  Collaborative problem worksheets must be submitted by Sunday 11:59 pm.


HOMEWORK: The online Mastering Physics homework assignments are given in the box for the corresponding week.  The deadlines for completion of the homework are rigidly enforced by the online system.

EXAMS: Midterm 2 has been canceled.  Final exam will be hosted online.
