I am a research associate with the newly formed
BioMaPS
program, a research initiative
at the interface between the Biological, Mathematical,
and Physical Sciences at
Rutgers, The State University
of New Jersey . I work in a lab in
the
Waksman Institute .
I have extensive experience in microbiology, molecular
biology and protein biochemistry.
I have worked mostly with bacteria and yeast. My cv is
available here.
My interest at this moment is in high throughput methods
for identifying genome-wide
targets of signaling molecules and transcription factors.
I work with Richard Ebright,
Boris Shraiman and Anirvan Sengupta. The last two are
theoretical physicists working
on computational biology and bioinformatics.
Here is a picture of me with my daughter.
