Student Larisa Kudelioviene's car was rear-ended on Rt 202 (she is ok). See the post-crash picture . The officer at the scene estimated the relative speed to be about 50 mph. Assuming the other car was also a sedan (say, Honda Accord), what is the kinetic energy dissipated by the cars?
