Stefanos Papanikolaou Title: Topological phases and topological entropy of systems with finite correlation length Abstract: Recently, it has been conjectured that the entanglement entropy of topological liquids has universal features, dependent only on the type of the existing topological order. In this talk, I will elucidate the causes behind the existence of these universal features, by considering several examples of topological quantum liquids with non-zero correlation length.
