2012 Alexander von Humboldt Fellowship

Weida Wu, assistant professor in Physics, has been selected to receive an Alexander von Humboldt research fellowship for experienced researcher, a competitive fellowship across all disciplines for research in Germany. With this fellowship, Professor Wu will carry out collaborative research on novel magnetic materials with Professor Matthias Bode, an expert on spin-polarized scanning tunneling microscopy at University of Wuerzburg.
