Seventeenth Annual Symposium of the Laboratory for Surface Modification
Thursday February 27, 2003

Busch Campus, Piscataway 
Fiber Optic Auditorium

                The Laboratory for Surface Modification (LSM) will host the Seventeenth Annual LSM Symposium on Thursday February 27, 2003.  The symposium will focus on experimental and theoretical studies of surfaces, interfaces and their applications, as well as nanoscale phenomena.   We will include both oral and poster presentations; contributed talks will be 15 minutes long (including short discussion).  The program will include invited "Highlight Presentations".

        This meeting will provide an excellent opportunity for Rutgers graduate students and postdocs to present their work in a friendly atmosphere.  Of course, faculty members are welcome to speak as well.

        Please send titles and brief (50 word) abstracts AT THE LATEST by Monday February 10, 2003  to:
