Description of Instruction Support Activities

Lecture support is provided by David Maiullo who manages the facilities of the Physics Lecture Hall adjacent to Serin Physics Labs. He can provide demonstration equipment, projection equipment, computer-based simulations and displays, in addition to other support needed by lecturers.

Instructional Lab support is managed by Gabe Alba. Gabe manages the Physics Lab rooms and equipment in the Physics Building on Busch Campus, and in the Chemistry Annex at Douglass. He is responsible for scheduling labs, coordinating the sharing of lab equipment, and planning new experiments and lab facilities.

Hsu-Chang Lu runs the daily lab operations. He maintains and services the various lab courses, and develops new experiments. Lu is also responsible for running the instructional computer network.

Undergraduate students needing help for scheduling and enrollment in physics courses should contact Dr. Steve Schnetzer. His email address is steves@physics.rutgers.edu

The Math and Science Learning Center (MSLC) provides numerous services to students including Review Sessions and LRC Tutoring, Hands-On Exhibits, Computer Facilities and Assistance, and Copies of Course Materials and Back Exams.
