"Latest Results on Searches for the Standard Model Higgs Boson at
the Tevatron"

During the past years the Tevatron experiments have made
significant progress in the search for the standard-model Higgs boson.
Last year the large amount of data together with complex multivariate
experimental techniques allowed the CDF and D0 experiments at the
Tevatron to set the first Higgs exclusion limits beyond those obtained
by LEP. This year with the extra data accumulated and impressive
refinements in the techniques the CDF and D0 collaboration are pushing
for the strictest limits ever made before the LHC becomes the new energy
frontier in experimental high energy physics at the end of 2009.
The seminar will focus on the latest Tevatron results on the SM-Higgs
searches as well as on the experimental techniques leading to them, and
will conclude with the outlook for the LHC experiments.
