Rutgers University Department of Physics and Astronomy
Peter Lindenfeld Graduate Fellowship
The Peter Lindenfeld Graduate Fellowship in the
Department of Physics and Astronomy has been established with a
$500,000 gift from an anonymous donor.
This gift is a special tribute to Professor Emeritus Peter
Lindenfeld's tireless dedication to physics instruction.
The fellowship will be used to support a Physics and Astronomy
graduate student who embodies and exemplifies the teacher-scholar
model of learning pioneered by Prof. Lindenfeld.
The Department welcomes donations towards this fellowship so that
it may further honor Peter Lindenfeld by extending the reach of
this opportunity for graduate student support.
