Uploading Final Course Grades

  1. The course administrator should make one more roster update just to make sure that the Gradebook roster is in sync with the registrar's roster. Bring up https://eas.rutgers.edu/eas-faculty-staff.html and click on Class Rosters. Log in, enter your course information, and then be sure to check the "Alphabetical Roster" checkbox, and click on Retrieve Roster. Click the link to download Comma Separated Values (txt) and save it on your computer.
  2. Log into your Gradebook.
  3. Once the Gradebook grades are FINAL, click on "Grade Reports" then on "GENERATE A CSV GRADE FILE TO UPLOAD INTO THE REGIS SYSTEM"
  4. Save the CSV file on your local hard drive.
  5. Logon to the REGIS web site https://eas.rutgers.edu/eas-faculty-staff.html and click on Class Rosters / Grade Submission. Log in, but do NOT enter your course information. Instead, click on the "Upload Course" button near the top left.
  6. On the next page that comes up, enter your course information, and then at the bottom of the page click Browse to select the CSV grade file that was generated by the Gradebook and saved on your computer. Then click on Verify Course Upload.
  7. Students with a "W" grade will be skipped by the REGIS system during the upload. This is done by design.
  8. Click Upload Course.
