The main aim of the project is the inclusion of many-body effects beyond the single quasi-particle picture, based on the Bethe-Salpeter equation and time-dependent density-functional perturbation theory. Code developement, documentation, and mainteinance for the forthcoming ETSF facility will be also part of the work. The 18 months appointment will start Dec. 1, 2006 and end May 31 2008. The work will take place within the Nanoquanta network of excellence (http://www.nanoquanta.eu) and the European Theoretical Spectroscopy Facility (ETSF), see http://www.etsf.eu.
