Dear Colleague,

I would greatly appreciate it if you could distribute the following
announcement (see below) of some postdoctal openings in my group.

Thanks for your help.

Best wishes,
Jim

P.S. My apologies if you get this announcement more than once. I
tried to remove duplicates.

Postdoctoral Positions in Computational Materials Physics at the
University of Texas at Austin

Several postdoctoral positions associated with Professor Jim
Chelikowsky at the University of Texas are available in the area of
computational materials physics. A Ph.D degree in physics, materials
science, chemistry or a related field is required and experience with
computational methods applied to materials is highly desirable.
Consideration of candidates will begin shortly and will continue
until the positions are filled. The group at Texas has ongoing
projects on electronic and spintronic materials, optical and
dielectric properties of nanostructures and clusters, defects in
materials, and molecular transport in nanotubes and nanowires. More
information about these projects can be found at

http://www.ices.utexas.edu/ccm/itamit/
http://tesla.ices.utexas.edu/

Interested candidates should send their curriculum vitae, list of
publications and arrange for at least three letters of reference sent
to:
