The research areas include theory of Nanostructures, alloy theory, defect physics in solids and photovoltaic materials. The positions are for up to 3 years. The salary range is 48,000-62,000 per year, depending on seniority, qualification and experience. Applicants are expected to have a strong background in solid-state theory. The positions are with Alex Zunger, Solid State Theory Group Leader. The start date is between January 2006 and summer 2006. Applications are being considered now.
