<pre>One PhD position in computational catalysis is available at the KAUST <br/>
Catalysis Center, King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, <br/>
Saudi Arabia. The position is offered in the group of Prof. Luigi Cavallo. <br/>
The candidate should be highly motivated, and have a good academic <br/>
background in chemistry or physics. <br/>
<br/>
Priority will be given to candidates with expertise in heterogeneous and <br/>
homogeneous computational catalysis. Good theoretical background and <br/>
possibly some programming ability would be an asset. Good writing and <br/>
communication skill in English is requested. TOEFL, or equivalent English <br/>
proficiency exam, scores are required for those whose native language <br/>
is not English.<br/>

Appointment, salary and benefits: <br/>
<br/>
The PhD will start in September 2012, but selection will start immediately. <br/>
The PhD at the kaust is a fully financed 3 years position. Benefits include <br/>
