This is a new laboratory formed in 2008, when Prof. Artem R. Oganov and the=
 core of his group moved to Stony Brook from Switzerland. Applications can =
be sent at any time, preferably by 15 April 2009. The positions will be ext=
remely competitive and filled when outstanding candidates are identified wi=
th the expertise in one of the two directions:</font></span><font face=3D"T=
