======================================================

Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position at the
Computational Nanotechnology Lab at Michigan State University
(http://www.pa.msu.edu/~tomanek/CNL.html) in conjunction with the
NSF-NSEC Center for High-Rate Nanomanufacturing. The successful
applicant will have a strong background in Computational Condensed
Matter Physics, demonstrate capability to develop original computer code
and maintain software written in FORTRAN. Expected are good
communication skills and a successful research track record in
predictive electronic structure, quantum transport, and molecular
dynamics simulations based on density functional theory or equivalent.
The position is available immediately. Applicants should send a
curriculum vitae and a list of publications by email to
tomanek-at-pa.msu.edu. Three letters of recommendation should be addressed
to David Tomanek, Physics and Astronomy Department, Michigan State
