<p><font size="3" ><font face="Times New Roman" >The School of Computational Sciences in the Korea Institute for Advanced Study (KIAS) invites applicatioins for several research fellow positions in computational study of physical properties of materials and nanostructures.</font></font></p>
<p><font size="3" ><font face="Times New Roman" >Applicants are expected to have demonstrated exceptional research potential, including major contributions beyond or through the doctoral dissertation. Experience with density-functional-based computational methods is advantageous for applicants. The annual salary ranges approximately from US$32,000 to US$45,000 and, in addition, research funds of US$7,000~US$10,000 are available per year. The initial appointment for the position is for two years and is renewable for up to two additional years, depending on research performance and the needs of the research program at KIAS.</font></font></p>
<p><font size="3" ><font face="Times New Roman" >Application must include a curriculum vita with a cover letter, a list of publications, a summary of research plan, and three letters of recommendation, and should be e-mailed to a staff in the office of research assistance of the school:</font></font></p>
