A postdoctoral position is available immediately to work with Prof.  
Steven L. Richardson
in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Howard  
University in
Washington, D.C on a joint Howard University-Boeing Corporation  
Research Collaboration
on the Electronic Structure of Polymeric Materials. Successful  
candidates should have experience
in quantum chemistry or electronic structure theory and possess  
either a Ph.D. in chemistry, physics,
or materials science. Strong communications skills for writing papers  
and making presentations are
required and a considerable degree of independence as a professional  
researcher is expected of the
candidate.

Funding for this project is for at least one year with the  
possibility of renewal for a second year.
The postdoctoral research associate will be physically located at  
Howard University in
Washington, D.C. Because this is a university-industry collaboration  
applicants should either be
U.S. citizens or possess a green card.
