We need your passport
data!
- To obtain a visa, you will
be asked by a consular officer to provide a letter of
invitation from the host organization. In the case of
this NATO workshop, the invitation letter will be sent
from Ioffe Physico-Technical Institute in St.Petersburg.
We need the following passport information about you and
ALL persons who will accompany you in this trip. (this
information will be included into the
"official" invitation letter for the Consulate,
which will be sent to you within ~ 2-3 weeks).

We recommend you to claim several extra days in #8 and #9
to have a longer visa validity "window". Note:
that the passport information is required for all
accompanying presons. Even if your family members/friends
are not sure at the moment wheather they will accompany
you or not, nevertheless, we recommend you to send us the
passport information about them now (otherwise, delays
with visa issurance may occur).
