State Education Center (SEC) is a complex of buildings and offices including conference rooms, exhibition hall, library, hotel, dinning hall, cafeteria, bar, evening cafe, telecommunication office (phone, fax, telex, and internet) , medical office, and gym. It is located in a residential area of St. Petersburg, about four subway stations from downtown.
There is a big conference room for 300 people, two smaller conference rooms ( ~ 50 seats in each of them), and a room for "round-table" discussions (~ 30 seats).
There are single and double rooms available in the hotel. All rooms are equipped with a
toilet/shower and a refregerator. It is a modest, clean and quiet
accomodation. There is an evening cafe in
the hotel complex which serves cold and hot beverages and snacks.
