Paper preparation and submission

Papers presented at the Workshop will be included in a NATO-series book titled "Fundamental Aspects of Ultrathin Dielectrics". Please bring a manuscript of your paper to St.Petersburg. Papers will be reviewed during the meeting. The book will be published by Kluwer Acedemic Publishers shortly after the Workshop. We ask you to limit your paper to 10 - 15 (camera-ready) pages. Since the goal of the workshop is to review recent progress in ultrathin dielectrics studies and to identify priority directions for future basic research in the field, please: (i) try to summarize in your paper recent significant (in your opinion) results in your particular area of interests; and (ii) "speculate" on future "needs" (i.e. problems which would be important to solve in the near future).

Please also bring a Transfer Copyright form and Data Base Entry Sheet which have been mailed to you.

Guidelines for preparation of camera-ready manuscripts in the NATO-series format can be found here. Hard-copy of the Guide will also be mailed to you. Below are the key points from the Guide (contact us if you have any specific questions):
